We restructured the space around a central bar clad in white tiles and stainless steel, acting as both visual anchor and functional hub. From this core, a series of parallel red banquettes organise the room in stripes, guiding the eye from the entrance to the open kitchen.
The materials were chosen for their durability and graphic presence: black-and-white tiled floors, high-gloss red lacquers, chrome profiles, ribbed glass and illuminated signage inspired by roadside diners.
Lighting plays a key role: a mix of linear neon, opal globes and integrated LEDs creates different atmospheres throughout the day, from bright lunchtime service to a more cinematic evening mood.
Acoustic panels, upholstered backs and strategic ceiling treatments reduce noise levels without compromising the lively feel. The furniture combines custom-made pieces with iconic silhouettes, revisited in a more minimalist, contemporary language.
