About Studio Pass

The questions we're asked most often before we get started.
· WHAT DOES THE STUDIO PASS INCLUDE?
Hosting, maintenance, security updates, an SSL certificate, monthly support, and a custom design. Everything you need to keep your website online, running smoothly, and reflecting your brand.
· HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY WEBSITE TO BE DELIVERED?
15 calendar days from the go-ahead. Not a day more. It’s a promise we’ve kept on every project for the past 25 years.
· CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?
The minimum commitment is 12 months. After that period, you can cancel with one month's notice. We prefer long-term relationships, and so do our customers.
· CAN I OWN MY WEBSITE?
Yes. At the end of the first year, you can purchase your site for one-third of the annual fee—that is, €480 for a one-page site and €760 for a showcase site. You’ll receive the source files and all administrative access credentials.
· HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM A TRADITIONAL AGENCY?
Wix and Squarespace are for people who have time and aren't too picky. Studio Pass is for those who have neither. A senior art director is dedicated to your project. No middlemen. No generic templates.
· WHY WORDPRESS, AND CAN I MANAGE MY SITE ON MY OWN?
WORDPRESS PROTECTS YOUR DIGITAL SOVEREIGNTY. UNLIKE CLOSED, PAYWALLED PLATFORMS LIKE WEBFLOW, FRAMER, OR SQUARESPACE, YOUR SITE IS 100% YOURS, WITH NO “RENT-TO-OWN” SUBSCRIPTIONS OR TECHNICAL DEPENDENCIES. YOU MANAGE YOUR CONTENT (TEXT, IMAGES, PORTFOLIO) COMPLETELY ON YOUR OWN THROUGH AN INTUITIVE INTERFACE, WHILE BENEFITING FROM THE WORLD’S MOST SCALABLE AND SUSTAINABLE PLATFORM.
